Ali Amin Gandapur condemns Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Ali Amin Gandapur, on Monday slammed India for the continuation of state terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, ARY News reported.

Ali Amin Gandapur condemned martyrdom of four Kashmiris in Pulwama district.

The minister, in his latest statement, said that Indian troops continued atrocities against innocent Kashmiris in the occupied region.

He added that Kashmiris were being extra-judicially martyred on daily basis. He said that India has committed grave violations of human rights. Gandapur detailed that hundreds of Kashmiris lost their eyesight due to pellet guns.

He announced that Pakistan will continue its diplomatic, political and moral support to Kashmiris.

Earlier in the day, Indian troops martyred four youth in Pulwama district in their fresh act of state terrorism in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were killed by the Indian troops during a cordon and search operation at Lassipora area of the district. Indian police while branding the victims as militants claimed that they were killed in an exchange of fire with the forces. Three personnel were also critically injured, they added.

The identities of the martyred youth were not ascertained till the filing of this report.

On the other hand, the authorities suspended internet services in the Pulwama and Shopian districts. Meanwhile, the Indian troops also launched a violent cordon and search operations in Qazigund and Veernag areas of the Islamabad district.
