It may be noted here that the Lahore High Court approved supermodel Ayyan Ali’s bail plea on July 14th and ordered her release.
She was arrested in March over charges of attempting to smuggle more than $500,000 as she was about to board a Dubai-bound flight from Benazir International Airport.
A secret agency in its letter to the Ministry of Interior has stressed on the need to investigate Ayyan Ali’s possible connections with ‘terrorist mafia’ pertaining to the money laundering case against the supermodel.
