In the picture, Stuart Broad is seen scratching the ball with his nails suspectedly to make the cherry swing. The pacer was scratching the ball in front of the umpire but, as media reports said, the match officials have not taken any action against him so far.
He was also caught in the act by a television camera.
Broad did manage to dismiss Pakistani skipper Misbah-ul-Haq and Asad Shafiq allegedly after tampering the ball.
Pakistan defeated England by 127 to runs to win the second test match at Sharjah and clinch the series 2-0.
The green shirts have moved to second place in the test ranking.
