HYDERBAD: A senior clerk humiliated a female student’s father who had reportedly came to collect the admission card of his daughter at a college in Matiari, ARY News reported.
The man had come to the New Saeedabad Talib-ul-Maula College to collect the admit card of his daughter who was appearing in her MA final examinations.
However, the college clerk was infuriated when the man asked him the final exam schedule and subjects. The clerk physically and verbally abused the man and and ultimately forced him to kneel down and plead for forgiveness before handing him over the form.
The video of the incident went viral on social media and shows the the man pleading before the clerk to issue the admit card to enable his daughter appear for her exams.
This prompted Sindh education minister Syed Sardar Shah to take notice of the incident after which Director Colleges Hyderabad Professor Abdul Hameed Channar suspended the college clerk.
