Dead or kicked out? Imran tells media about his pet dog Sheru
HYDERABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday dismissed reports that he has kicked out his pet dog, Sheru, from his Bani Gala residence.
Dismissing claims the PTI leader said; “My dog Sheru died three to four years ago,”.
“My Motu (pet dog) is in Bani Gala and I have four more dogs,” the PTI chief said laughingly.
Reports had gone viral on Thursday stating that Khan’s new Wife Bushra Bibi has kicked the much-loved dog out of the house and that a separate quarter was being built for the dog in the vicinity of Bani Gala.
Previously PMLN’s Saad Rafique objected to Sheru, berating Imran for being so affectionate and allowing Sheru inside his house. Rafique followed his argument by stating that keeping dogs and being affectionate towards them is against our cultural/religious values.
