The rapper decided to treat a lucky bunch of LA locals to some ice cream, to help them in the scorching heatwave.
The 31-year-old spent a whopping $10,000 on the sweet treats.
According to a publication, it was all a ploy to promote his new album, with five ice cream carts set up in LA neighborhoods baring his lyrics.
He also thought it would be a ‘cool thing to do on a hot day for the community’.
Seeing as Drake has already broken records and has everyone in the world perfecting the In My Feelings dance, we’re not sure he needs the extra promotion but we’ll take free ice cream any day.
Drake might be all about promoting Scorpion at the moment but it looks like he has something extra special coming up.
In fact, the God’s Plan rapper was spotted filming something that looked like a new music video, on top of a red bus in central London.
