Spokesman Foreign Office Nafees Zakaria said that Pakistan strongly condemns the state-sponsored terrorism by Indian forces which is a gross violation of international human rights which cannot be snatched from the people of Kashmir.
Zakaria also condemned the death of Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani who was killed by Indian troops on Friday along with two other members of his group. “The extra-judicial killing of Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani and scores of other innocent Kashmiris is deplorable and condemnable,” he said.
He reiterated that the government has vowed to address the issue of Kashmir which can also be resolved by the self-determination of the people of Kashmir under the auspices of the United Nations through a plebiscite held under the relevant resolution of the United Nation Security Council.
