RAWALPINDI: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor on Saturday said that in Panamagate case, army, like every Pakistani awaits a decision based on justice and merit, ARY News reported.
In a tweet on Saturday night, the DG ISPR clarified that his response to a question regarding the case in UK was reported incomplete and out of context.
A local publication, while reporting Asif Ghafoor’s press briefing in London during Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s visit to the United Kingdom, reported that Supreme Court’s verdict on the Panamagate case will be acceptable to the army.

The army spokesman was quoted as saying that no matter what the verdict is, the decision will be accepted by everyone, including the Army.
