Khawaja Asif says PML-N respects judiciary in letter, spirit

SIALKOT: Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif on Sunday said the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) respected the judiciary in letter and spirit.

“The PML-N tolerated a lot of hurdles for an independent judiciary and rule of law in the country,” he said while addressing a ceremony in Sialkot.

He said that under vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, history of unprecedented country’s development was going to be made.

The minister said that economically stable and prosperous Pakistan was the ruling party’s motive and it would never back off from this purpose. He said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor Project was guarantor of Pakistan’s prosperity and progress.

He said that as per vision of Nawaz Sharif his party’s mission was to make the country economically impregnable.

Asif said that there was no single case of corruption and irregularity against the government as transparency and merit was PML-N’s agenda.

He said that Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan wanted to destabilize the country but he would not succeed in his nefarious designs. He said that the conscious people of Pakistan have come to know the negative and anarchy based politics of the PTI chairman.

Khawaja Asif said that Imran Khan should be ready for his own search instead of avoiding from accountability.
