Miranshah people to be given employments, vows KP CM

MIRANSHAH: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan on Saturday announced employments for tribesman of Miranshah, the headquarters of the restive North Waziristan Agency, ARY News reported.

While addressing a public gathering in Miranshah, CM Khan said that the provincial government was making efforts for the betterment of schools and hospitals.

“Every Pakhtun is a tribesman and every tribesman is Pakhtun. Youth will be given interest-free loans to fulfil their dreams for education and businesses,” said the chief minister.

He highlighted the government’s resolve for uninterrupted electricity provision to the locals. Mahmood Khan said that the government was in talks with Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) to resolve issues relating to the power supplies to Miranshah.

The KP CM vowed that issues relating to Levies and Khasadar force will be presented in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly while nobody will be made homeless by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government.

Later, the KP CM Mahmood Khan visited other parts of Miranshah town where he distributed health cards, which falls under the PTI’s Sehat Sahulat Programme, among locals.

The public gathering was also addressed by the State Minister for Communications Murad Saeed.

Murad Saeed said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has had a special affection for the people of Miranshah and he did fulfil his promises with the tribesmen.

He reminded that PM Khan had launched march especially for Waziristan and now his political party came up with the best package for its citizens.

Saeed added that the premier was passionate to resolve issues of Waziristan and he was well aware of miseries the tribal people had faced in past.

The state minister recalled Imran Khan was the only person who had opposed US attack on Afghanistan and the premier believes of resolution of Afghan issue with dialogues but not through war.
