Naval and air forces from Turkey, NATO, the United States, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Algeria, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan, Romania and Saudi Arabia are participating in the exercise Mavi Balina (Blue Whale), an international anti-submarine warfare exercise led by Turkish Naval Forces.
