Pakistan wants investment from Japan on priority basis: Asad Qaiser

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser on Thursday said Pakistan wanted investment in various sectors from all countries including Japan on priority basis.

“China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will provide equal opportunities of trades to regional countries and Islamabad wants Japan to benefit from this mega project,” he said while talking to Ambassador of Japan Takashi Kurai in Islamabad.

Takashi Kuria said that Japan also wanted to further strengthen relations between the two countries in all sectors including energy.

He said that Japan would continue its cooperation with Pakistan for its economic development especially in areas of energy, education and information technology.
