Pakistani cueists sent packing from World 6-Reds Snooker

Fifteen year old Bingtao defeated Asif 5-4 in the semi-final of the snooker tournament.

The Pakistani cueist started the match in a strong manner by winning three consecutive frame in the best-of-nine semi-final.

However, the tables turned for the Chinese teenager who made a comeback the fourth frame. Asif potted the ball in the fifth frame and was looking the favorite to face India’s Pankaj Advani in the final.

The Chinese player again clawed back into the semi-final and ended the match by winning four straight frames to qualify for the final.

Earlier, India’s Advani beat Asjad Iqbal with 5-4 in the first semi-final.

Asjad started the match by potting the ball in the first two frames but Advani came back strongly and wn three consecutive frames to make it 3-2. Asjad won the sixth frame but Advani clinched the seventh and Asjad won the eight frame to make it 4-4.

However, it was Advani who managed to pot the ball and won 52-14 to qualify for the final.
