KARACHI: A petition seeking recovery of a close aide of former President Asif Ali Zardari has been filed in Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday, ARY News reported.

The petition filed by Ismail Marri, brother of Ghulam Qadir Marri, reportedly goes missing with his two servants.

The petition stated that Ghulam Qadir Marri along with his two servants have been kidnapped while he was returning to Tando Allahyar after taking part in the death anniversary of former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bux in Larkana district.        .

His car found abandoned near Jamshoro thermal power house.

The petitioner alleged that his brother and two servants were whisked away after they were returning from Bhutto’s death anniversary.

It is pertinent to mention here that two more close aides of the former president Zardari, Nawab Laghari and Ashfaq Laghari have also recently abducted from Islamabad and Karachi.

Mr Marri is a landload who hails from a village in Tando Allahyar. According to family sources, Marri looks after agriculture lands.

He was recently accompanied to Asif Ali Zardari during his visit to Hub in the third week of March for a political gathering.
