PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Imran Khan will pay a visit to the provincial capital today to get a detailed briefing on the provincial government’s performance and plans in first 100 days.

The prime minister will attend a special meeting of the provincial cabinet wherein he will be briefed about the government’s 100-day plan, according to a statement issued here.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman and Chief Minister Mahmood Khan will also attend the meeting.

The prime minister will attend a programme at Nisthar Hall and inaugurate a shelter home for homeless people.

The shelter home has been established by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government under its one hundred-day plan. Four hundred and thirty people will be accommodated in the shelter home where they will also be provided food.

It is worth mentioning here that PM Imran Khan earlier on November 10 had laid the foundation of a shelter home project in Lahore. The project is aimed at housing a number of homeless people who usually spend nights on footpaths or other places in different areas of the provincial capital.
