PML-N leaders warn Imran Khan against mistreatment of women

The PML-N leader of Faisalabad blamed Imran Khan of politicking on dead bodies in the city in past.

While, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah dismissing PTI’s public rally in Faisalabad, advised women to stay at home during the PTI show. He also asked Imran Khan to let women stay at home rather than calling them to rally.

Sanaullah said: “peaceful protests are beauty of democracy, however sit-ins are a curse.”

He said PTI was trounced in 2013 general elections and then it was defeated in the local bodies elections as well.

Incidents of misbehaviour with women reported in PTI’s recent rallies in Islamabad and Peshawar. Some of the women participants were seen being mistreated in a crowd of young PTI workers. While, rowdy activists of PTI had surrounded a model in Peshawar in a recent rally of Imran Khan. The model, Annie Khan had said she arrived at the venue to have a glimpse of Imran Khan. “Is this a sin to be a fan of any political personality”, she had asked.

Later, women were not allowed in another public gathering of the party in Bannu to avoid any incident of mistreatment..
