“I’ll be agreed, but I don’t think my life is this inspiring. Actually, I am damn a boring person. I only go to work and come back home. It would be very existential kind of picture that this man goes to work comes back and rests all the day.

“I don’t mind, if someone wants to make a biopic on it. However, I don’t think it will buy someone big bucks.”

To another query, he said, “If every actor knew what he was doing and had a plan then everybody would be a superstar. I am learning from my own mistakes. I keep reminding myself it’s just the bend, it’s not the end.”

“Life is not a bed of roses. It requires a lot of hard work. Like Raju (Rajkumar Hirani) says lagay raho (keep working). Raju says it’s not what is entertaining to you but it is what’s entertaining to people,” he said.

To a question about portraying Sanjay in his biopic, the Burfi hero said: “It was such a fun. It was really fast. It was really specific. I gave myself one month (every time) to pass through every phase (of Sanjay Dutt).”

“It was a challenge though that at one time I had to look like Sanjay Dutt who’s just come out of jail and the other time he is doing ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’.”
