ISLAMABAD: A special three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan overseeing the implementation of the Panama Papers verdict on Monday has ordered to disclose the name of the person involved in photo leak of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s elder son Hussain Nawaz during a questioning session with Panamagate Joint Investigation Team (JIT), ARY News reported.

The three-member bench, headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan was hearing the implementation case when ordered to make the name of the person public who leaked Hussain Nawaz’s photo.

“The government can form a committee to probe the leak,” said Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahasan while asserting the probing team has already completed its part of investigation on the matter.

On the court’s orders, the Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) said the federal government has no objection on disclosing the name of person.

It is to be mentioned here that a photo of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz during a grilling session with JIT at the Federal Judicial Academy had gone viral on social media last month.

The photo that apparently dates back to May 28 showed the premier’s son Hussain Nawaz was sitting on a chair during an interrogation session with the JIT. The leaked photo raised questions about the source behind it. The photo was captured inside the interrogation room.
