LASBELA: At least seven members of a family, including two children and two women, were killed and four others injured in a road accident between a wagon and truck on the National Highway near Lasbela district in Balochistan , ARY News reported.
Rescue officials said that the ill-fated family hailed from Karachi’s Liaquatabad town and were on way to Kund Malir beach in Balochistan when their wagon, CR-0781, rammed into a truck parked alongside on the road near Winder area of Lasbela.
Rescue officials shifted the bodies and the injured to the hospital. Hospital sources said that the injured were in critical condition.
The deceased were identified as Muhammad Azeem, Farah Naaz, Shah Zain, Muhammad Ramazan, Fatima Bibi, Zohra Bibi.

Earlier on June 3, at least 13 people had been killed and seven others sustained injuries , when a passenger van had collided with a truck in Ali Khel area near Qila Saifullah in Balochistan.
The ill fated van was going to Zohb from Quetta when it met an accident with a truck in Ali Khel area near Qila Saifullah, killing at least 13 people and injuring seven others.
“Five members of a family are also included in the deceased in the dreadful accident”, the local police had said.
Following the road crash, the rescue teams had reached the spot and shifted the injured to District Headquarters Hospital, Qila Saifullah.
