Three gunned down in Peshawar property dispute

PESHAWAR: At least three persons were gunned down on Monday over property dispute in Nothia area of Peshawar, ARY NEWS reported.

Firing between the two groups took place over ongoing property dispute resulting in death of three on the spot in Nothia locality of Peshawar, said the rescue service.

The bodies were moved to a nearby hospital for autopsy, while raids for the arrest of the assailants were underway, police said.

In another incident of multiple fatalities on November 3, three of a family were shot dead, while another had sustained severe bullet injuries in a firing incident in area of Jora Meera in Abbottabad.

An old enmity said to be the cause of the incident. Unknown attackers opened indiscriminate fire over a family, which resulted in death of three persons on the spot, another member of the family sustained severe wounds, officials said.

The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, deceased include a father, son and a cousin, police said.

In another incident on October 30, four members of a family were killed in Ghamarzai area of Charsadda.

As per police, the killer, opened indiscriminate fire at his mother, sister-in-law, niece and a cousin, resulting their death on the spot. The accused had also killed his wife earlier”, local police officials said.
