Varun Dhawan would love to go and visit Pakistan

He was recently shooting for his upcoming film Dishoom in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where he had an elderly chauffeur who hailed from Islamabad. Varun had a close interaction with him and  the actor formed a close bond with him.

Varun said that that he was in the Abu Dhabi for 55-60 days and he was chilling with his 65-year-old driver from Islamabad and formed a bond with him. When Varun asked him about the India and Pakistan, he used to say ‘aisa koi masla nahi hai’ (there is no such problem).

The driver used to take him to the best eateries in the city. They also bought music of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and the song ‘Chitti Aayi Hai’ of Pankaj Udhas. Varun said that he was also inspired from him as he had to speak Arabic in the film and received coaching from him.

Varun also spent a lot of time discussing films with the him. He was told that Indian films were very popular in Pakistan and that he watched a lot of them. The driver told him to visit Pakistan to which Varun expressed his desire that he would love to go and visit Pakistan.
