Enchanting Sridevi in rare old pictures

Wife of Bollywood actor and producer, Sanjay Kapoor, Maheep shares a picture from her wedding where Sridevi Kapoor, best known as Sridevi, can be seen enjoying candid moment.

Sridevi can be seen on the extreme right of the picture. Anil Kapoor with daughter, Sonam, wife Sunita, Sanjay Kapoor with wife Maheep Kapoor and kids. While Boney’s daughter, Anshula is seen along Sridevi’s daughters Jhanvi and Khushi. Sridevi tied the knot with the Indian film producer, Boney Kapoor, when he was already a father of two kids.

This picture was shared by Sridevi on Yash Chopra’s birthday. They seem to be discussing some shot of a film in this old photograph. Yash Chopra was one of the filmmakers who had established her as the top actress in the ‘80s.

Sridevi had started her filmy career at the age of four and had won the Kerala State Film Award in the Best Child Artist category for her performance in the Malayalam film, Poombatta, at the age of eight. This picture of baby Sridevi posing with her parents was posted by a fan.

Dressed in a silk sari, with hair neatly combed at the back, Sridevi receives the Filmfare Best Actress Award from Amitabh Bachchan in 1990 for her performance in the film, Chalbaaz during the 35th Filmfare Award function.
