Blast heard in Lahore's Garhi Shahu

LAHORE: An explosion was heard in a house in Garhi Shahu neighbourhood of the provincial capital on Saturday. There are no reports of causalities as a result of the blast.
A contingent of police, bomb disposal squad and rescue teams have reached the site of the blast.
A police officer said the police are currently collecting evidence and investigating the cause of the blast.
He said fireworks have been recovered from the house, suggesting that they might be the cause of the explosion.
