The JUI-F chief said after signing the resignations PTI members have no longer remained to be members of the Parliament.
He questioned on what basis Tehreek-i-Insaf is being given relaxation and what sort of example is being set by doing so.
Fazl said the agreement under which PTI is trying to save its membership that agreement does not lie within the constitutional ambit.
“PTI itself resigned from assemblies, while there is no compulsion in the constitution to accept the resignation,” he added.
Moreover, the JUI-F chief lauded government’s efforts for flood-affectees.
