Soda
Soda is the replacement of water in this era. Well if you want to lead a healthy life, you should stop drinking soda. Many researches have proved that soda is loaded with empty calories from fructose corn syrup. Soda does not only contribute to obesity but it can also cause diabetes and blood pressure.
White bread
Have you ever thought why people eat brown bread when they are on diet?with obvious reasons that white bread is made up of Maida and it is bleached and unhealthy. Eating white bread gives no nutrient and flavor it would be better for you to get rid of white bread. You should use whole grain bread or brown bread in sandwiches instead of white bread.
Whole dairy
There are no doubts about dairy products being healthy but whole dairy fat product and excessive use of it can cause serious damage to your health. The fat in dairy increases the cholesterol so, it is better to use low-fat dairy products for a healthy living.
Fast foods
The only thing a person dreams to eat is fast foods, it is the new trend now but perhaps the wrong trend. The amount of calories used in the single meal of fast food is more than the amount of calories you consume in the entire day. These calories come from fattening burgers, soda, fries and oily food that makes you fat and unhealthy.
