GBA-7 Unofficial Election Results 2026

The first complete unofficial and preliminary result of the Gilgit-Baltistan elections has emerged from all 31 polling stations in the GB-7 Skardu-I constituency of GB Election 2026.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Tauqeer Mehdi Shah has secured victory after receiving 4,337 votes, according to unofficial results.
Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) candidate Raja Jalal finished second with 3,891 votes.
The result remains unofficial and preliminary pending formal confirmation by the election authorities.
Unofficial and preliminary results of the Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly elections held on 24 seats on Sunday showed the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) emerged victorious in seven constituencies as counting of votes continued.
According to the unofficial results received from 17 of the 24 constituencies so far, PPP has secured nine seats, while independent candidates have won six seats. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) have secured one seat each.
