JUD was put by GoP on 'watch list' in 2003 -- no other action after that

According to documents, the Government submitted a list of banned organizations before the Supreme Court. These showed that the organization accused by the Government of India of being behind the Mumbai attacks, the Jamaat-ud-Dawa was placed on a watch-list in 2003 for monitoring purposes, and that no further action was taken against it after that. The document also shows that the Lashkar-e-Taiba was banned in 2002.

Pakistan has banned the Haqqani Network, which was done in 2014, and other organizations accused of sectarian violence such as the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (in 2001), the Jaish-e-Muhammad (in 2002) and the Sipah-e-Sahaba of Pakistan (2002).

Other banned groups include: Sipah-e-Muhammad Pakistan, Tehrik-e-Jaferia Pakistan, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi, Al-Qaeda, Tehreek-e-Islami, Millat-e-Islamia, Khuddam-ul-Islam, Islami Tehreek Pakistan, Jamiat-ul-Ansar, Jamiat-ul-Furqan, Hizb-ut-Tahrir, Khair-un-Naas International Trust, Baloch Liberation Army, Islamic Students Movement of Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Islam, Ansar-ul-Islam, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat.
