‘Haider’ is literally Vishal Bhardwaj’s magnum opus for its flamboyant storyline, pristine dialogues and immensely skilled fragments as its ensemble cast. The superstar, Shahid Kapoor along with the presence of the legendary, Tabu, the stunning Shraddha Kapoor and the versatile, Irrfan Khan, has made sure to provide just the right amount of oomph for the worldwide audience.

Apart from an immersive cast, Haider also carries people living in Kashmir, as it revolves around the lives of people living in the same region. One of these actors happens to be, Saqib Bilal who had a little cameo in the flick. The little Saqib, aged fifteen has suffered a same, tragic end on Sunday.

As per Kashmir Media Service, Saqib and Mudasir Parray, who used to play football in Hajin’s Eidgah, were attacked ferociously by Indian armed forces with bullets raining towards them. The deceased were bidden farewell by chiliads of Kashmiri people in the same place they used to play at. Ample people marched with the dead bodies chanting anti-India and pro-freedom slogans.

After his acting debut in Haider, Saqib joined a local school and chose to study science. “He wanted to be an engineer. He loved football and acting,” his sorrowed father, Bilal Ahmad told the media. “His life was filled with his own adventures,” he added.

The other teenager to die, Mudasir used to work hard in order to earn bread and butter for his family. His death left his family comprising his parents, a physically impaired brother and a ten-year-old sister completely supportless.

This act of ferocious murders is not new to the Kashmiri soil. Indian armed forces have been involved in similar atrocities for a while. Notwithstanding international pressure, Indian armed forces are on a spree of constant inhumanity, targeting ample innocent citizens for no apparent reason at all.
