Harbhajan Singh all set to tie the knot with Bollywood actress

Bollywood actresses and Indian cricketers just can’t keep the distance from each other, can they?

Indian cricketer and deadly off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has chosen his life partner it seems in Bollywood actress Geeta Basra. According to a report in the Indian media, Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra will take their vows in October of this year. Bhajjie, as he is known by close associates, will marry Geeta on  October 29 at Hotel Club Cabana in Phagwara – 20 kilometers from Harbhajan’s hometown of Jalandhar.

Geeta and Harbhajan have been in a relationship for quite a while now. The couple have been highlighted in the Indian media enough and also been the target of many rumours surrounding their relationship. Geeta had even gushed about Harbhajan’s nature, when she spoke to the media about him a couple of months ago:-

“He is a very strong headed person and that shows on-screen (in matches)… He got success at an early age and still he is so grounded and humble. He loves his game. I want to learn that from him,” Basra had said.

Geeta had also not shied away from commenting on marriage then and had said that when the time comes for them to marry, she would let the world know.

“Whenever that (marriage) happens everyone will come to know,” she had said.

It seems like Bollywood actresses have taken a shine to Indian cricketers. Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma also seems pretty serious regarding cricketer Virat Kohli. The two have been in a relationship and Anushka has often had to take the fall for Virat’s bad perfromance  on the field.

The question on everyone’s mind would most probably be, when will Anushka and Virat tie the knot?
