In pictures: Huge kangaroo spotted taking a bath in Perth river

PERTH: An extraordinary mascular kangaroo was spotted taking a bath in Perth river, catching attention of a visitor who snapped the animal.

The giant boomer was pictured having a splash in the Boodjidup Creek, in Margaret River – about four hours south of Perth.

With its muscles bulging as it stood in the flowing waist-deep water, the majestic creature offered a puzzled expression to its inquisitive onlookers.

Multiple photos of the rare event were shared to Facebook on Wednesday and quickly drew many shares.

More than 600 people commented on the bizarre occurrence, with multiple expressing their disbelief at its enormous size.

 

Many pointed out the buck’s impressive physique and its threatening stance, despite most of its body being submerged.
