ISLAMABAD: An officer of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Muhammed Ayaz Khan Mehsud, who reportedly had gone missing from Islamabad, has rejected reports of his being abducted, ARY News reported.
In a video message Ayaz Khan said, “I am alright in Dera Ismail Khan. State institutions should not be vilified because of me.”
He said he had come to DI Khan to meet his relatives and could not contact his family for his mobile phone had lost.

Earlier, the deputy director of CDA’s wife registered a complaint at Abpara police station about her husband’s gone missing.
“My husband Muhammad Ayaz left his office at 2:30 pm yesterday (November 15) and has been missing since,” the missing official’s wife told police in a statement.
The police had initiated inquiry to find out whereabouts of the missing officer and all concerned security institutions have also been informed about the missing of the CDA officer.
