In a hearing on Wednesday, the IHC bench told the electronic media regulatory body that the ban was imposed on the anchorperson, not on the program. Hence it be allowed to go on-air.
ARY counsel in the case, Faisal Chaudhary, said the court will announce its verdict, in the light of given evidences, in the next hearing if Pemra lawyer doesn’t turn up in the case proceeding.

Pemra had requested the IHC to order ban on the talk show, which the latter turned down out-rightly.
The hearing was adjourned till August 22.
The regulatory authority had imposed ban on the programme, claiming that allegations have been leveled in it against the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court.
