Imran announces to end his months long sit-in in Islamabad

Addressing his workers and supporters at the PTI sit-in camp, Imran Khan said that in view of the deep shock which the country met due to the deadly attack on a school in Peshawar, it has become inevitable for him to end the protest sit-in, which generated a countrywide wave of awareness.

He told that he was discontented for not being delivered justice, adding, “I reviewed the situation of the state and decided to participate in today’s conference in Peshawar”.

He said: “I have never witnessed that someone planned to kill children that too in such a barbaric manner”.

The PTI chief stated that his party will take part in the proceedings of the National Plan Committee, which will be devising a comprehensive plan to cope with the terrorism menace in the state.

He once again requested the government to form a judicial commission for as long as the ones who looted the mandate of the people will not be punished, the electoral system of the country cannot be reformed.

Khan however warned that we will again take to streets if the judicial commission was not formed to probe the irregularities.

Moreover, he urged the nation to unify against terrorism and to root it out of the country once and for all.
