Kangana Ranaut full of praises for Imran Khan, wishes him best of luck

MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut recently while talking to Media expressed her positive expectations from the Future Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.

Kangana who is known to have strong political views wished the to-be PM all the best and hoped for friendlier, more peaceful relations between the two neighboring countries.

Responding to a question regarding the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman at a recent event, Kangana said, “We can only hope that we shed no more blood.”

“It’s unfortunate that our soldiers are dying. But, the kind of speech Mr. Imran Khan has given is very nice and I wish him all the best and with folded hands, I appeal, that we have a beautiful relationship,” she said.

This statement comes as a surprise as Kangana was, in fact, the few of the Indian film fraternity who vocally supported the ban on Pakistani Actors in Bollywood films.

Imran will be sworn in as Prime minister on August 18.
