A division bench headed by Justice Irfan Saadat heard the case of more than 30 missing persons.
A petitioner submitted to the court that their relatives Rizwan and Bilal Tariq were detained by the law enforcement agencies on March 15, last year, since then there whereabouts are unknown. Neither their arrests were shown nor they were produced before any court
The bench expressed resentment that the joint investigation team (JIT) have failed to submit in the court.
The bench ordered the secretary home department to produce the report in the next hearing of the case.
The court also issued show cause notice to the SSP West and arrest warrants of SHO Gulshan Maymar police station.
