MQI had submitted a petition in session court to register an F.I.R directly blaming Prime Minister Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif, former Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar and others.
Petitioner is of the view that he requested the police to register such an F.I.R but it was not registered till to date.
The court, while accepting the petition for hearing has asked the Model Town police station to submit its reply till 8th of July.
