In the ongoing battle between police personnel and militants, one officer was martyred and three got injured.
According to sources, Law enforcement agencies started a search operation in Araiyan Pind near Raiwind Road, Lahore at 2 AM on Thursday night.
During the search operation the terrorists are present in a compound opened fire on Police using heavy weapons.
Reports are there that women and children are also present in the compound. The security forces have surrounded the compound.
Police placed blockade in surrounding area and advised people not come out of their houses.
