The funeral schedule and final resting place of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne have been revealed after his death on July 22.

A week after his death, Ozzy Osbourne will be laid to rest in his hometown of Birmingham on Wednesday, July 30.
The late hard-rock legend’s funeral procession will begin at 1pm (local time), travelling through Broad Street in the city centre on its way to Black Sabbath Bridge.
According to UK media outlets, local authorities will close Broad Street for traffic from 7am (local time) to allow fans to gather for the procession.
Fans will have the chance to say their goodbyes to the Black Sabbath frontman, as confirmed by Birmingham Lord Zafar Iqbal.

“We know how much this moment will mean to his fans. We’re proud to host it here with the Osbourne family in the place where it all began, and we are grateful that they have generously offered to pay to enable this to happen and support the city is giving him the farewell he deserves,” the Birmingham mayor said.
The family has planned a private funeral for Ozzy Osbourne right after the procession through Broad Street.
While fans will be able to attend the procession passing through the Black Sabbath Bridge, the funeral service will be private for the family.
UK media outlets will livestream the procession to let fans, who are unable to attend, say their goodbyes to the late hard-rock legend.
