In the second T20I between Pakistan and New Zealand at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on Saturday, Pakistan captain Babar Azam played a scintillating innings, scoring an unbeaten century, while Haris Rauf’s four-wicket haul led the hosts to a commanding 38-run victory.
Third T20I
New Zealand captain Tom Latham opted to bat first after the coin flipped in his favour and his men justified his decision by posting a decent total on the scoreboard with Latham himself leading the charge with a brilliant half-century while Daryl Mitchell scored a vital 33.
The target set by the Blackcaps eventually proved to be too much for the home side as they failed to complete the series triumph in the third T20I.
Fourth T20I
In the PAK vs NZ fourth T20I at the Pindi Cricket Stadium, a hailstorm interrupted the match during the 19th over of the first innings, with New Zealand at 164/5.
Despite the hailstorm, Kiwi’s opener Chad Bowes played exceptionally well and scored a half-century before being dismissed by Shaheen Shah Afridi.
