Earlier in the day, Indian forces targeted a van carrying school children in Battal sector killing the van driver. DG ISPR not only condemned the attack in strong words but also reiterated that such attacks are a violation of the Geneva Convention and a clear violation of the 2003 ceasefire agreement between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.
