Peace between Pakistan, India should continue: Naseeruddin

LAHORE: Renowned Indian actor Naseeruddin Shah has said that efforts to bring peace between Pakistan and India should continue despite the conditions between the two countries, ARY News reports.

While speaking at the Wagah Border here on Sunday, Naseeruddin Shah said that he’s heard a lot about Pakistani films but did not have the chance to see them. It is a good omen for Pakistan that people are taking interest in films, he added.

He said that he visits the city frequently and is devoted by Faiz Ahmad Faiz. He further claimed that he will continue to visit Pakistan till he lives.

Naseeruddin Shah also expressed his wishes of being served with delicious and traditional dishes during his city in the city.
