Petitioner Barrister Zafarullah in his plea in the court said that the statement of Saulat Mirza has exposed the perpetrators of crimes.
The petition seeks arrest of MQM Chief Altaf Hussain and bringing him back to home.
The petitioner also sought removal of Sindh Governor Ishratul Ebad and placing names of MQM leaders Babar Ghouri, Hyder Abbas Rizvi and others in exit control list (ECL).
The petitioner also seeks changing death conviction of Saulat Mirza into life sentence.
