ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has criticized Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s style of governance, ARY News reported.
Talking to media on Wednesday, Shah said that Nawaz Sharif does not like to stay in Pakistan. He went on to say that London is the premier’s favourite city.
The opposition leader said that the premier does not have the time to attend the session of the Parliament.
“The government is functioning on loans and a letter by a Qatari prince. There is no point of the premier being innocent in the Panamagate Case since the letter was presented in the court” Shah said.
It should be noted that Qatari prince and former prime minister of the country, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani has lately been in the news following the submission of his letter in the Supreme Court in connection with the Panamagate case.
In his letter he has described his father’s business relations with the family of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his involvement in the London apartments that are at the centre of the Panama Papers controversy in Pakistan.
Shah said that all the issues of the country should be decided in the Parliament.
