According to a foreign news agency, a woman called up the police to her home when she found the suspect identified as 24-year-old Casey James taking a shower and doing laundry.
James has been charged for trespassing, intoxication at public places and inappropriate conduct.
He will remain in police custody till his hearing on September 8.
