‘Policy formation under way to reduce crop production costs’

During the assembly session, the minister said the policy would be prepared in consultations with the chief ministers of the provinces to facilitate the growers.

In reply to points raised by Leader of the Opposition Syed Khursheed Shah, he said the Prime Minister had constituted a committee in this regard.

Earlier, on a point of order, Leader of the Opposition Syed Khursheed Shah highlighted the problems of the farmers and growers they are facing due to low prices of different crops.
