After the arrest of Dr Asim and Ali Nawaz Shah, as well as raids on Civic Center and other public offices, the PPP today announced to resist such actions.
A meeting of the PPP Sindh Council demanded the federation to halt its vindictive actions against Sindh government and to call back NAB and FIA from the province.
The meeting declared MPA Ali Nawaz Shah and others’ sentencing by the accountability court as ‘injustice and a revengeful verdict’.
Members of the PPP however praised police and Rangers’ performance in the province and expressed hopes that the Karachi Operation will be continued until the elimination of last terrorist.
They expressed confidence in the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Asif Ali Zardari and CM Qaim Ali Shah, and vowed that the party activists, upon directives by the leadership, will fully resist the injustices being done by the center.
