Priyanka to sing for Anushka in Bollywood film

Actress Priyanka Chopra is flying high these days. The actress is flexing her vocal chords as she prepares to sing a song in the upcoming movie Dil Dhadakne Do.
Priyanka has cemented her career in singing well, producing prolific songs in the recent past. She sang In My City with will.i.am, I Can’t Make You Love Me and Exotic featuring rapper Pitbull. In the upcoming Bollywood flick Dil Dhadakne Do, she will lend her voice to a song which will be lip synced by Anushka Sharma.

Dil Dhadakne Do features an ensemble cast which includes the likes of A-list Bollywood actors such as Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra. The film is to be directed by Zoya Akhtar and producers on the project are Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The plot is based on a dysfunctional Punjabi family that goes on a cruise trip. The film has been shot in several countries of Europe including Italy, France, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey. Dil Dhadakne Do is slated for release on June 5th, 2015.
Priyanka has been capitalizing on budding opportunities. The actress has solidifed her image as a global entertainmer due to her various achievements in the music, acting and modeling professions. She first rose to fame when she became Miss World beauty pageant of 2000. Afterwards, Priyanka conquered Bollywood and established herself as one of the highest paid Indian actresses. She branched out to a career in singing and with hits that featured prominent musicians such as Pitbull and will.i.am, she enjoyed international acclaim.
It will be refreshing to witness Priyanka making her singing debut in Bollywood for the first time and that too, being lip synced by none other than stellar actress Anushka Sharma. Chopra hasn’t disappointed her fans with her melodies before, she sure won’t now!
