Quack administers wrong injection to young girl in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: The health of a young girl seriously deteriorated on Tuesday after a quack alleged administered her wrong injection. 

Seven-year-old Fizza was suffering from a fever since March 2 after which her father checked her from a quack who misdiagnosed and allegedly administered the wrong injection.

The young girl’s health suddenly worsened after which she was admitted to the Allied Hospital where she is currently under treatment.

Fizza is the daughter of Qaisar, a resident of Karnol area of Faisalabad. Her father alleged that a quack misdiagnosed and gave her the wrong injection.

“She fell sick on March 2 suffering from a mild fever. We took her to Dr. Jabbar who gave her the injection,” he said speaking to ARY News.

“Soon after her health worsened turning from red to black, after which we brought her here to Allied Hospital,” he added.

Her mother urged government officials to take action against the quack. Her parents have submitted a complaint for criminal action against him.
