KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Thursday raided a house in Federal B. Area and and recovered 190 bullet proof jackets, ARY news reported.
The paramilitary conducted the raid after receiving a tip-off from under arrest individuals. The jackets were stashed in a room concealed behind a wall.
A statement by the Rangers said that the jackets belonged to the militant wing of the Mutahida Quami Movement, and were reportedly used for terrorism activities.
It may be recalled that law enforcement agencies had on October 5 recovered one of the largest cache of weapons from a depot near the Nine Zero headquarters of the MQM in Azizabad.
