ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party’s Senator Raza Rabbani and Senator Zahid Khan of ANP have received intimidating letters, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan disclosed in Senate on Thursday, ARY News reports.
Aitzaz was of the opine that the letters to the Senators were written by a Musharraf supporter.
He asked for constitution of a committee to look into the matter.
Raza Rabbani and Zahid Khan along with other senators in April this year had demanded treason trial of Musharraf for violating the Constitution.
The PML-N government has recently taken steps for treason trial against the former military ruler of Pakistan.
